I waited upwards of 2 hrs and 10 mins to have a personal income tax done. The woman filling out my taxes made it a point to say this was her first year doing taxes. The woman had to bring her boss in multiple times and seemed unsure of her work. Also they charged me a flat fee of 125$ and that’s not even including a physical copy. One out of five stars, I will never return.

The place is family run and the owner is very unprofessional when it comes toward treatment of employees, talks down to them in front of customers. Although their prices are better than the national chains, I would rather go to a place where the people that work there are treated with respect and don't feel like they are in kindergarten
