My tax preparer took over 90 days to submit paperwork to the state. They did only after i received a letter from state saying it was rejected necause they never received documentation. Now I'm requesting my file and a refund. No response again. Guess I need to report them to govt.

The worse ftc is involved because they sent it wrong bank account I would not use them get it done there are incompetent thank god I have some sense not go up there and act a fool
