Got stuck down here while working and needed two tires. Got exactly what I needed. Was in and out within one hour. Was even referred to a food spot nearby while I waited. Great place. Good service.

Had the displeasure of dealing with Mark Charnigo on a recent phone call. Was trying to price out tires on a 11r22.5 and was told that he would call me back. 3 1/2 hrs later no call. So I call back and was told oh I’ll call you tomorrow. I explained that I am from out of state and would not be there tomorrow. Mark simply said Oh well and hung up. Not professional or Courteous. Buyer beware

this is the most honest review I could give. I took my car there to get looked at, I knew a couple problems I had to fix but I wanted a 100% check on my car and even gave him a list of things to check out to see if they would bring up what I already know is wrong I also told him don’t worry about a price . The dude when I walked in was very rude not conversational but I handed him the list and the keys and about an hour and a half later they told me my car was done. They ended up telling me a bunch of bs. I knew it was it was all BS when my radiator was leaking bad but he marked that off as good, he said I need a fuel filter when my car has a LIFETIME fuel filter built into it so there’s not even a filter to look at so that was also completely made up and 4 months ago I got my back breaks replaced they work perfect that wasn’t one of my problems but he told me that I NEEDED back breaks which is also BS. Tried covering it up with “ur a kid so u probably accidentally leave ur parking brake up”. I never use my parking brake. He also said my “heat shield was loose” it probably is but they also couldn’t take the 5 minutes or less out of their day to tighten it and I’d pay for it. This whole place just VERY LAZY, wants ur money. don’t go here and waste ur money. I don’t have an advanced car either just a simple 2009 ford focus.

Always tell me one thing on the thing on the phone and another when I get there in person. Terrible communicators. Don’t bring your car here.
Update: checked my notes. They accused me of coming an hour late. I came at the time they told me that I wrote down right then. I checked with several mechanic friends who do not do alignments (or I would have went to them as I do for everything else) and they all said don’t take your car here: they lie. Read other reviews on here and elsewhere: they lie and they accuse you of being wrong or lying. Go anywhere else.
P.S. They also tried to keep my minimally worn 6 month old performance tires a while back after I had them put snow tires on. Should not have given them a second chance.

Susanne and Mark are absolutely amazing folks and good people, I was scammed by another repair place and they not only got me a tire but had my car ready to go in under an hour. If you ever need anything done, you should come here. They'll take care of you! ?

I recently had some work done at Lehigh Tire, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my vehicle and had the patience with me through out the day coordinating pickup and payment due to being out of town while the work was being done. It was such a relief to knowing they had it handled and were keeping me informed along the way. Couldnt thank them enough for the kindness during that hectic day!
The work was completed promptly and with great attention to detail.
I highly recommend to anyone in need of automotive repairs or maintenance. Trustworthy, reliable, and dedicated—this is a garage you can count on. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!

Had a near accident on Broad Street one block away from this business and my tire was going flat. I was so grateful I happened to be at a tire place lot as my tire was going flat. Went inside shaken up and I told the guy at front desk. He said I can't help you I have one guy here. I said WHAT. . I needed help to put spare on only. I would of paid whatever. I was in the lot had to call for assist that took 5 minutes to put my spare on. The guy was rude. Short staffed I understand. But it took under 5 minutes . SHAME ON YOU.. I can't believe the rudeness and uncaring nature. . A bathroom trip would of taken you more time..! You seriously are one of the rude .. unprofessional and cold hearted individuals I ever met!.

Definitely not a pleasure experience, Big guy at front desk does not possess the charisma that is key for proper customer service. And when you have a flat tire you don't have to many options, you get stock with a low educated individual that does not care to start an argument and being loud with a lady who also was working there in front of the customers, and who thinks its a favor to take care of a client in need, while I was there I witnessed how he argued with another client who dropped a vehicle for service overnight and call a towing company. Btw $ 107.00 for rotating rear tire to the front, and 2hrs of my time. 2 stars. Because his personal worked hard on the cold.

Very happy with my experience with Leigh Tire. There was a small misunderstanding and Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I really appreciate his time and effort.
