They did not have my nephew's information correct and one gentleman said he could not fix his correct zip code and he has his account in front of him on his computer. And the cell phone service is terrible.

No sales recipients or bill provided to me from store. Would only take cash sale due to a broken credit card machine. I asked for several days for it, and the same excuse every time. I had to have the sales person write on a piece of paper and give it to me . Called metro t mobile and Samsung for help. Something wrong here. I want a proof of purchase.still waiting for John Michael to call and take care of this let message at nberwick store?

Worker did not really want to do anything and was not knowledgeable of when phone's were coming in. Manager wasn't any good either. They did not have any promotion phone's and they were useless.

I've been a customer for over 2 years and I've chosen to rate this establishment at 5 stars for the simple reason of professional, kind and caring service provided by a worker there by the name of " Kim ". Over the course of my 2 years as a customer, she has helped me, and my fianc'e with anything that we needed. She's excellent with helping with our phones when a problem may have occurred, our billing, and always with a smile and a friendly attitude and a level of respect that makes you feel welcomed. We've been informed that she will be moving over to Metro PC in the Laurel mall in Hazelton now. We will continue to work with her as our Metro pc provider due to her "outstanding" service that she has always given us. It's worth the trip, and worth the time. If you're a consumer who is looking for a experienced service provider, I would "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" you go over to the Laurel mall and if your looking to go with Metro pc, then ask for Kim. I promise...you will not be disappointed with her service, her help, and I guarantee she will make your purchasing experience a great one that will always bring you back.Best of luck Kim...see you soon!! ?????

Can't really give you my experience because when I used Google have arrived there at approximately 7 o'clock supposed to be open until 8 But when I went by the directions on the website for that particular store it continue to take me to the art store when I finally did find it at 746 they were closed. I was going to switch phone carriers, But now I will but just not with you

I would never deal with T-moble ever again, promised me service in my area. spent 2 hours with customer service making changes. Drrove 40 back to store only to find if I wanted a refund I had to give up my phone # So I paid 98 dollars for 19min of service, called a supervisor and got ptot on hold and then hung up on.. not worth the hassle!!!
