I’m extremely satisfied with the professionalism the courtesy they extended to me when I was there how quickly they got my appointment in the book got my old car in and got it fixed. I can tell they’ve been in business a long time and they’re gonna be in business a long time. Very good people. I can’t recommend them enough. They replaced the back windshield and it’s nice.. AAAAAAAA+++++++++

We had an excellent experience with Pennock Auto Glass. My wife’s back windshield was smashed, and Jeff took care of everything quickly and professionally. He was incredibly kind, explained the process clearly, and had the repair done in a very timely manner. The quality of the work was perfect — you’d never know the glass had been damaged. The price was unbelievably low, even less than our insurance deductible! The office staff was also wonderful — friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We really appreciate Jeff’s honesty, skill, and great customer service. Highly recommend Pennock Auto Glass to anyone who needs glass repair done right!

Great place. John and his sidekick were awesome. Very fast & very good. I actually learned a couple of things from them. Lauren was great & true to her word that it'd be quick & properly done. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of glass replacement. Safelite should learn a thing or two from you guys.

Traveling through Pennsylvania on the way to vacation in Maine, when a rock hit the windshield of my brand new car. Luckily we were close to this shop. Pulled in and thankfully was able to get a chip repair immediately! Super nice ladies in the office and truly enjoyed hearing stories from the owner. Thank you for your great service!

Front office girls were nice, however, I couldn’t find my way to the office beforehand, the worker was very rude, I said hello, he just yelled “Middle door! I was confused and he kept yelling middle door like I am an idiot.
My dashboard was left filthy, with pieces of glass all around, these workers need to be more professional, I’m not stopping by begging for a favor, they’re getting paid to do this.
