Went there today and Melissa was amazing. She was very good at explaining everything that I needed to do with my take home stuff. Also, no problems when I did my blood work today. I have ghost veins and she had no problem finding the vein that she needed.

Everything was great except l couldn't make an appointment on line or on phone I don't know what the problem was I tried for a week and had to be a walking l hope this doesn't happen again I don't want too be forced to go somewhere else please fix this I'm assure I'm not the only one with this problem

My appointment was cancelled and I was not notified. It was cancelled due to absence of Quest employees. I had to take a walk in appointment and wait approximately 1.5 hours.
