Worst Diagnostics Center service possible. We were sent specifically by Geisinger for a targeted blood test. Crest admitted us. Laboriously entered all healthcare plan information. We waited to get called for the test. They prepped, tied the tourniquet, and were about to insert the syringe to take a blood sample. Then they said “Wait a minute.” Staff ran off and returned saying they were not capable of doing the test. Such incompetence … and waste of time … was near impossible to believe. Makes me wonder if they could have inserted the needle correctly. Better get a guarantee they can do your diagnosis before you go, give healthcare plan info, and strip for your test ... only to be turned out into the cold.

The lab tech Cory (male lab technician) at Quest, Hazleton PA, provided excellent service today as well as previously in June 2022.I thank him for his great service and take this opportunity to acknowledge his very courteous disposition. He is super efficient and goes above and beyond to offer help and answer customer questions and concerns. I have personally experienced his excellent customer service though would like to point out that Cory provides excellent customer care to all customers, I have been able to notice this each time I was at the facility in the recent past.

Very bad service, without even a patient waiting for a long time for no reason, so that in the end the lady treated me badly. I don't think I'll ever go back

Don’t even try to reach a human by phone!!!! It’s impossible! You are not a patient here, just a number in their system, whose test they may or may not process, but you’ll never know and reach someone in person. I see why they demand payment up front!

Had to get a pre-employment TB test. Made an appointment. Was seen within 10 minutes and blood was drawn in less than 5. Phlebotomist was very friendly. Facility was clean. I suggest making an appointment as they honor them before walk-ins, and there were a few of those that I went ahead of.

They advertise that they accept walk-ins. They do not accept walk-ins. There is signage on the door that says they accept walk-ins. But they do not accept walk-ins. They say that this is due to covid-19. Then they need to advertise that they do not accept walk-ins, and change the signage on the doors.Even with an appointment. If they tell you 5 minutes expect 20 minutes of wait time.Staff appeared to be understaffed and they were rude to everyone.

I was trying to schedule an appointment online but the system appears to be having problems so I decided to just walk in for some blood test, I arrive around 12:30 pm when the lady that was there saw me the first think she says to me with an attitude was: if you don’t have an appointment I don’t know if I be able to assist you so just sign in electronically in that tab and seat so I did, I noticed that every person that walks in with appointments they do not have to sign in because they already set up with their appointment so every other walk in they do have to sign, I waited an hour and then she proceeded to call somebody outs that just walk in about 30 minutes after me and she say they have an appointment but in reality they just walk in like me and sign and seat to wait as i did but suddenly they did have an appointment, don’t know what happened but I’m not happy about it. From this point on I will do my best to avoid using quest.

Very efficient. I signed up ahead of time and had my blood drawn quickly. No issues... Would recommend for those looking to have blood taken.

Went there today to get blood work as directed by my doctor. Registered as a walk in. Lady comes out rude as possibly can be "if you are a walk in there is no guarantee you will be seen today we have too many appointments booked." As she walked away she was shaking here head and rolling her eyes. Yep I got up and left. I told my Dr. what happened so he sent me to Health Network Laboratories. They were very professional and polite. I will never step in a quest diagnostics again. That employee needs to find a career where she doesn't have to work with people!

I went there for a blood test. The staff was friendly. I received great service. I pre-registered online for an appointment with insurance information etc. I checked in online line when I arrived. My wait time was less then 5 minutes. I will definitely return.
