My girlfriend and I went ring browsing and came in without any idea of what we were looking for. Jake was super kind and helpful. He offered many options and let my girlfriend try on as many rings as she wanted. Then on top of that he was courteous enough to measure her ring size without us asking or charging us! I ended up coming back to Ripa for the engagement ring because they had a unique style that my girlfriend wanted, and we could only find here. I discussed with Jake the style I wanted and then the stone that I wanted. It came out perfect and I couldn't be happier with the ring. Thanks Jake!

Can’t say enough good things about this jeweler! I’ve stopped in to buy my mom a bracelet, had my rings cleaned, and most recently to see if my grandmother’s wedding band could be resized. It’s a very old band and very sentimental, I wanted to be able to wear it without worry and this is the only jeweler to do it without hesitation! The owner was kind, knowledgeable, and put my concerns about sizing such an old band at ease immediately. Got the ring back sized within two weeks at SUCH a reasonable price (I live in a different city where everything is so inflated and he has not done that!) If you want a fair and expert jeweler that will be honest and knowledgeable with you, go here.

I took a ring to be resized. It wasn’t a normal ring. It was one that was hand made. They did such a great job resizing it and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend.

Came in to see if they could do sizing & to look at male wedding bands. After waiting and browsing, the older man, I'm assuming the owner, was repeatedly asking me what I meant by sizing. I told him the engagement ring my fiance got me in the Bahamas was too small and needed a measurement. He started laughing and said you already bought the ring somewhere else and you want me to size you? So condescending. I immediately turned around and left. Such a shame too because he has nice product. Didn't get so far as a pricing but I'm sure they're expensive as other reviews suggest. It's clear the guy is only interested in selling in his own judgemental way. You're not allowed to take phone calls while waiting, you are limited to how many pieces you can see before he starts losing patience. He will sell the ring you put a down deposit on and then lies and says it is the same ring! Happened to a close family member. If I knew that was the place, I would've never set foot in there. Picking out engagement/wedding bands is a special moment. Never let a shallow, condescending, arrogant person ruin that experience for you. Will never recommend.

Wow is the only adjective I can think of. I purchased a sterling silver charm for my girlfriend it was only $15 Mr. Ripa treated me like I was spending a small fortune. Kudos to the Ripa family

my deceased sons ashes were in a cremation necklace, Mr. Ripa repaired the ash holder and gave it back to me at no charge. This is the sign of a compassionate man. Bless you. all the luck in the world to you and your family

It’s nice to deal directly with small businesses where the owner becomes a friend. Ripa’s has been my choice for the jewelry that has commemorated all of my life’s milestones.
