We entered RUE21 and left because the employees there told one of my daughters WHAT YOU LOOK AT PUERTORICAN. She left the photo there so you can know the rude people who work in that store.

I worked here for almost 2 years I was the first employee with a couple other from the start with the old managers I will say that this store went down hill 100% the one manager will do anything and everything to start drama / call cops on other managers because she felt “threatened “ when the other manager is nothing but a sweetheart and the district manager forget it she’s even worse. I would definitely not recommend!! Applying here

This store is a breath of fresh air- it’s so nice to go into a store where someone genuinely tries to help, offers suggestions, and actually seems to enjoy it. Too many times I’ve tried to get a salesperson’s attention and the response is an eye roll because their phone is more important than a human being. That is never the case in this store. A few years ago, they did lose my business because of an arrogant staff, however over the last year the atmosphere is so much better and I would highly recommend giving it another chance !

Manager in Rue 21 cursed me out. She’s really rude to her customers and like swearing at everyone. Be careful going there because the black manager with black & red hair likes starting drama with customers.
