Worst Sheetz I’ve ever been to and Ive been to 100’s all over PA. My daughter is even a Sheetz employee (at a different location). My 80 yr old husband ( who just had back surgery and can hardly walk) picked up an mto. When he returned home I asked him “Where’s the milkshake?” He looked so confused and said “They never gave me a milkshake. They handed me the food and I said is that everything and they said yes.” So I call the store and the kid says “ I handed him the food and then went to hand him the drink but he was gone.” WHAT? Are u kidding me? So in the seconds between handing him the food then the drink an 80 yr old man that can barely walk just all of the sudden became the Flash!!! I said. So why didn’t you go after him or at least yell “ hey , sir here’s your drink?” His response “We don’t do that.” WAIT…WHAT? Are you $&@“ing kidding me? He then passes the phone to the manager and lets just say she’s 1 of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke with.

I wish I could go to a sheetz more often, but I have to wait until I either go to PA or some southern states. I wish we had one in New York. Sheetz is the shiitz. Great food for a convenient store.

Friendly workers , I get Mt Newport cigarettes on sale here, quick food menu, fountain soda, milk shakes, Pa Lottery, coffee, restrooms, drinks and more.

Good food, horrible service. Staff do nothing but stand there and get distracted by talking. The young man behind the counter, Erik, instead of doing his job he was talking obnoxiously nonstop.

Ice cream gave me food poisoning and nobody answered my call to inform them that the ice cream machine is serving spoiled cream , if heres any action i can take please let me know because i am still sick and plan to prosecute to the fullest extend

After many months of patiently waiting to finally visit mysisters and going on our first Sheetz run. Everything wasgoing smoothly The food was being prepared I was pickingout my candy and drinks and I paid for my order untilsuddenly Nate showed up and had to ruin my night. All Iwanted was simple ketchup packets and Nate got anattitude with us. I won't be visiting sheetz again after this, atno location. And Nate I want you to know that your whitebuns are in my inventory ;)

I advise you not to go to that station. They are a Racist at this gas station's ⛽️ in Hazleton Pennsylvania. It is at 101 Airport Rd, Hazle.
Township, PA 18202., there is no Hispanic employee and for the last thing he had free air and I don't know which employee there is, let's see what the Hispanic used to consume gasoline at the time he has private air, he has to come in and consume it to be able to do it air to your tire.

Usually Sheetz are a reliable clean bathroom when traveling. Not this one. No tp in most of the stalls and very unclean.

nice gas station, its a damn shame because pre covid the hoagies were amazing, now the economy is so bad you can tell they freeze and use preservatives in their foods.
