Mgr is arrogant and indifferent to his customers.He acts like he's doing you a favor by talking to you.He'll walk away from you as you're trying to explain your needs.Plus the other reps give you misinformation.

I just went to return a phone which did not work as expected and the people who assisted me specifically, the supposed MANANGER, told me that he could not accept the return because according to his rude way of speaking, the person who sold it to me had to be present. illogical thing because that's why they create an access pin to your account... They don't deserve a single star for the poor customer service they have...hopefully someone in charge of that store reads this so they can train their employees well, especially the Manangers.

We went to get a new plan and phones here. We asked prior to even starting the process to make sure we would have reception. supposedly they checked their systems and swore up and down we would. When we returned home we had not one bar (our phones went straight to sos). We returned to the store to return the phones and cancel the plan. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to now receive no help trying to transfer everything back to old phones. My boyfriend had an android and went to iPhone, they shrugged their shoulders and said he lost everything. Mine they waited until the iPhone to iPhone transfer was finished and pushed me out the door before I could transfer my apple id. We went to att with much better customer service and tried to transfer my old number. T-Mobile customer service was no better. I've ended up losing my old number which I've had for years and being locked out of my Apple ID. Buyer beware stay far away from T-Mobile both the store and network are a disaster!

Not happy about my experience there. I went into their last week looking to transfer from Cricket service, my MOTO G stylus and the promotions therin. The representative tried to upsell me and make more commission for himself. 19 year old kid. ?

Longest wait time should be a easy and quick transaction honestly a waste of time. Verizon has quicker customer service.

Horrible customer service. Sam the sales rep and the supervisor were very rude and deliberately lied to me. Josh the manager is never there or there's always an excuse for his absence. Beware and do not bother visiting this place. I've never been disrespected and humiliated in such a way.

If I could give a zero I would. The customer service is horrible. I needed to complete a return and the sales rep Sam, Daniel and the manager Josh are not helpful. I returned 3 times to the store the manager is never there. The reps yelled at me because he deliberately lied to me about a process and when I contacted the corporate store they said the rep was being dishonest. Beware do not shop there.

Don’t understand why they’re price is different from when you call customer service. I wanted to add a new phone and line and they were charging me $90 more on my bill but when I call 611 the price was $65. I don’t know where they getting their prices.

If it would of been possible to give it no stars at all I would the employees take everything as a joke I just went today and it was just all games you ask a question and they make you feel d*** like you don’t know anything just for them to tell you at the end that they can’t help you, while I was trying to get help they were just talking about what they were planning for the day instead of actually helping me worse place ever I rather go to any other T-Mobile shop or whatever.

They had one guy here who had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He was hard to understand because he kept mumbling. Adding two phones and two new lines to our account took almost 2 hours. We had another employee come over and was great. He could do this in his sleep. The other employees seemed helpful and attentive. This guy should be avoided when you walk on there. Don't know his name.
