I left a note in an envelope in the mailbox for a future tenant as he was traveling by plane as I couldn't be there and I watched a video of the mailman taking the envelope out of the mailbox and throwing it on the ground. UNACCEPTABLE! When I try to contact the post office to ask how to rectify the situation, the phone rings endlessly and then hangs up at 7:30 - 9:00 am but later on in the day it is constantly busy. Seems no one wants to work or simply hates their job. Shame.

Terrible. I've come twice for my appointment for my new passport, and the lady isn't there. I live in Berwick, and I even left work early. Today, Saturday, they told me to come at 9 a.m., and it turns out they open at 10 a.m. I'm so upset. They can't play with people's time like that.

Can’t call robot doesn’t let you through no matter what you say “the operator doesn’t have any nessasary information regarding this item” and considering how slow in the head they are when u actually go there the robot isn’t wrong do usps

Well...what I can say? If I can give negative stars I would definitely, since the service in this area is remotely oblivious. Living for 7yrs now at my home and getting calls from very important offices and telling me the letters are returning bc they said my place is empty? Jesus! To the point they go for their services, oh and as well not forgot to mention recebtly the staff delivery not doing their job in delivering packgs? Or prolly stealing them? Since I supposedly received a pkg on Friday 9th at 7 23pm and so far is Monday and well...I was ALL morning today dealing with the issue just to basically get a case number and thats it. Bc this office now is worst to get in contact with. I could say very nice work if you want eventually go under and get less stars. 🙃

Horrible!! The automated service does not take you where you need to go and at no time was there an option to actually talk to someone. I am so frustrated right now!

I have informed delivery, was suppose to receive mail, never received it, my who is next door never got his, my neighbor across the street has mail ti be sent out in her mailbox it was never taken by the postman because they never delivered mail.
Hazleton post office is a joke, everytime you complain to them they blow you off, maybe the person that is in charge should be dismissed from doing there so called job.

This post office is always packed, though it's open the longest then any others in the area. Theres usually a 30 minute wait to get to the register if you're lucky, sometimes longer. If you need a quick visit the post office in harleigh is way faster and not packed with people that dont speak english. Many times at this one you wait longer because people will come in and just yell spanish at the cashiers that only speak English, it's pretty insane honestly.
If you speak spanish, cool. But you shouldn't go to places and not know the language, I know i wouldnt.
Long story short they need to hire more people here. Be prepared to wait awhile if you come to this one. If you decide to go to the other one, check the times its open it has wierd hours, and sometimes isnt open when it says it is, though if it is open itll save you alot of time not having to stand in line.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and have always had a good experience. Packages, boxes, stamps, passports, P.O. boxes, etc. all available. I would say, please come prepared to the best of your knowledge, to make it easier on the postal employee helping you. This will speed up the line for everyone. Also, I love the interior as it is a classical post office with brass and classical federal architecture. I hope this look will be preserved.
