Terrible service, rude, and when I told my past experience by not having to mail anything they argued with me about it .I know what I've had to do in the past, but they tell me I'm wrong. I will never go back there again. The worst experience with a tax provider I have ever had.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we've filed with this office & 2 years in a row our taxes have been sent to the WRONG BANK ACCOUNT. Even after Triple checking our account number. I don't know why or how this keeps happening but we will NEVER use H&R block again. It's too much money to use them anyway.

I tried to file the tax return for my family through Sandy at Heidelberg, PA office. I shared all my information including my visa status which is F1-OPT. That should have made things clear for her to identify me as a non-resident alien and choose the corresponding 1040NR form for filing it. Even Paula who seemed very friendly in the same office referred me to her for filing with the same form. But, Sandy prepared my tax using the wrong form which is 1040, and charged $390 for the same. Now, when I asked for a tax amendment, she was just blaming me that she did on the basis of information she received and would charge again to get it corrected. And her attitude was very bad; she is not even ready to listen to the customer's feedback. She was trying to just defend telling me I said I graduated, which doesn't mean I hold a resident status. Not even allowing me to explain this clearly she just asked me to step out of the office and left her cabin. I have never experienced the worst customer service ever since my time in the US. No one in the office is ready to accept the mistake on their end and work on it. If this is the way you would treat your customers, that's not good for your business! I'm happy that I have the opportunity to give my feedback at least here.

Very worst customer service.they yelled at me when I go to them to re apply and they showed worst attitude .And even I again pay them the fee for their mistake.and they don't have any experience for filing NRA.i don't like to give not even a single star,but for the sake of posting this I'm giving a single star.

I went in 4 days ago the professional that did my taxes wasn't a bad guy he did everything I think he could do on his end or maybe not because no one was ever clear to me on what's going on but I did everything on my end and my taxes are still not done four days later and every time I keep calling I keep getting the same answer something's wrong with our system but yet they still want to charge me $390 robbery if you ask me now maybe if it was done that day it might have been worth the 390 but definitely not worth it still waiting 5 days later for some kind of news that my taxes were filed it is complete and utter negligence on H&R block
