Went in for phone upgrade and went easy and then decided to try the buy 1 get 1free Apple Watch. In reality it’s not a deal it’s more of a credit. I was fine with that also. When I got home my bill went up $400. I asked the associate n manager about pricing twice and was told about $16 extra a month. There was a lot of hidden charges and decided to return them. Before entering the store I hit record on my phone due to wanting proof on what I was told a few nights before. I got hit with restocking fees which that should have been told to me or on receipt. You would think return info would be printed on the receipt. I didn’t sign anything so it’s all ATT misleading me I mean the employees by that. I asked for a print out of the return policy and didn’t get it or I should say anything that had the restocking fee on it. He printed me out 12 pages of the same thing so whether or not he did that to confuse me I don’t know. I had one employee tell me something and the other tell me something else right in front of me. They waived 1 fee cuz one watch was open. Dumb employee asked me why was it opened?? Ummm why do people open things, seriously what a dumb question. If I knew I was to be mislead I would have never touched them. Then the one told me misleading happens and I said in this store and he said no in life in general with a smirk on his face. That’s when I said I’m recording this and he said of course you are. Right there this guy should be fired!!! I will be contacting customer service about this! They need better training that’s for sure. Then I was told if I didn’t pay the restocking fee it wouldn’t be taken off my bill which is another lie cuz I have to call ATT to get them off. The one associate is Christane.. The other associate has napoleon complex and isn’t the manager so beware of these 2.

I bought a phone at this store recently. The sales guy insisted I had to get Next Up insurance on the phone, which I didn't want. It cost $5/mo. He said I could cancel immediately after I bought the phone and not pay anything. I called AT&T from the parking lot after leaving the store, but was told there was a buyer's remorse period of 2 weeks for this insurance. Strike No 1 against the sales guy. He straight up lied. I was later able to get the charges removed.According to the customer service rep, I was supposed to be shown all of my options on a tablet before i bought the phone. I could agree to any I wanted and sign it. The sales guy didn't offer me a chance to see any options or let me opt in or out. Strike No 2.Thus, it was no surprise when my first bill contained charges for yet another type of insurance that I didn't authorize. I had to call AT&T again to remove it and be reimbursed. Strike No 3 for the sales guy.I'll never set foot in this store again. What a racket.

This is the best AT&T store around. No pressure sales, and the guys there are always helpful! Many thanks to Riley for always making our visits to the Hellertown AT&T store positive ones!

I have to admit, I almost never go to the actual AT&T store. I prefer handling my account from the comforts of my own home (via the internet). Today, though, I had to go to an actual store, as I was instructed to do so by Asurion. I'm happy to say it was a quick and painless experience! The staff was helpful, friendly, and excel in customer service. Thank you, Riley and your co-worker, too!

I purchased an IPad for myself and my Mother. The service from Miguel and Tommy was excellent. There was an issue with my Mother's Ipad and syncing with her phone. They were extremely helpful and kept working on the problem until it was fixed. It was a great job. Very helpful. Thanks, Mike

I went in the store to get a S22+ for my dad's Christmas present! Tommy Bieser, the manager was amazing with helping us set up phone, quickly get us in and out and assured us we could come back if we have any questions! I really appreciate his help and patience. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend seeing him for all your cellphone needs.

Outstanding service provided by Tommy today. He really went above and beyond to solve our problems and helped make the switch back to ATT (from T-mobile) seamless. He was professional, courteous and has a great personality. Great person representing ATT. Thank you!

Tommy Beiser was AWSOME!I walked in 15 minutes before closing to buy a new phone. It took us an hour to complete the set-up.Tommy treated me like gold. He treated me as if I had walked in at 11 am in the morning.AT&T is lucky to have him as an employee.

Wife and I went to get a new ATT plan. Wife has been with ATT since 08 but under a parents plan. Was told they were going to transfer her number as existing customers. We were told my wife could upgrade her phone at any time. While at the store we sat on hold with customer service for 20 min trying to upgrade her phone before the two workers told us they are not going to pick and that we could come back and try again. They were locked the store up 30 min before close and wanted us to leave instead of getting the issue solved. We were told that she could upgrade at any time so we agreed.My wife and I went home for the night and tried to set up our account. While online we found out that they got her email wrong, she gave it to them 3 times, and we found out we can’t change our email for 30 days. My wife went back to the store and tried to upgrade her phone only to find out we now have to wait 30 days to do anything. She cannot get a new phone or update her email cause they did not transfer her policy. I would not recommend going to the store at all cause 80% of what was said was incorrect. Can’t wait to get our first bill to find out how much they got wrong. Seems like an easy fix but apparently no one can/has power to say this store messed up. Stay away cause I would not be surprised if workers get extra commission/pay for how they set up our plan.

Went into the store to switch over phone plans from Verizon. The store wasn’t busy & I got help from the store associate Tommy. He helped me pick the best phone plan & phone for me. I was indecisive about which color iPhone 13 I wanted. He helped me wire it down to 2 colors and I ended up going with the pink one. Also he helped me navigate the phone… I was used to using the iPhone SE 2nd gen that still had the home button. He was a very kind & helpful employee.
