I have never had worse customer service in my life. Dealing with this bank for a mortgage has been a nightmare. Walked into closing today to find out that we couldn’t close because their portion wasn’t done. We had agreed to buy this house on 6/19. What have you been doing for a month ? Closing is delayed 2 days. My husband and I took off from work for no reason and the seller (rightfully so ) is only giving us till Thursday to close or he is walking away from the deal. I feel like this bank did everything in their power to make this more difficult than it needed to be. I to work in customer service and have never been more appalled

We will only ever deal with Truist bank in Hellertown due to the both associates.

Staff is nice, but if you're in a hurry, plan to go on a day when you have PLENTY of time if you need to do anything other than make a deposit.

Please be cautious before opening an account, as they may close your account without notifying you and withhold your money without any valid reason, stating that your account is at risk.

This bank parking lot is not easy to navigate with a truck. But it is a very nice and big bank inside.
