Went in earlier today as the staff was battling long lines and a new computer system. Through all the trouble, and some unhappy customers, the pharmacists all handled it with great professionalism and were truly doing the very best with what they were given. Kudos to them for being so helpful and patient during those bumps in the road.

I went there about 2 wks ago. Had a fantastic customer experience with Fernando. I had some coupons questions etc, and he was not bothered by them at all. He kept a smile and was both patient and helpful.

I had the most wonderful experience at CVS in hellertown pa on main St Thursday March 20 around noon see I was visiting a family member far away from home in fact a whole Different state when my daughter accidentally spilled some juice on her outfit so the apartment I was visiting had a laundry room in the basement but the change machine was broken and that when I found out about Hellertown little secret I walked to CVS and to my surprise there was the nicest old lady there I asked politely if I could have $5 dollar in quarter and with out hesitation she quickly open the cash registered and I gave her the $5 dollar bill and received $5 dollars in quarter I was so amazed at how kind she was to me I just could not believe that there still a place around that is so helpful and kind to you it's really hard to find a place that would there sweet time to make sure that you are well taking care of and I did not even have to buy anything well that's my story and if your ever in Hellertown pa on main St not to far from Wind Creek Casino make sure you stop there it will make your day Trust me it's well worth it

Came in Saturday Nov 23rd
Went to buy toilet paper and paper towels
Saw they were both on sale on bright yellow tag sale 7.99! Underneath items!
That’s great until I got to register and neither item scanned sale price I asked the employee why it was not coming up and she said “ sale doesn’t start till tomorrow “! !!! What?!?! Why would you put a sale price the day before a sale ?!? No where did I see not till tomorrow!! Why would you do that?! It doesn’t make sense and you just lost a sale because of it I left without my items quite peeved I might add!! Do better CVS and your employees should have sold to me for the sale price that is good customer service !! I’m sure I’m wasting my breath writing this review also because you don’t really care do you??!!

Clean store. Well stocked. Not enough staff. Overall, I'm not a fan of self checkout!! And that's what I had to do at this store.

I got my flu shot here today. Not only was I in and out super efficiently, but the gentleman who administered the shot was very friendly and kind. He surprisingly made getting my flu shot an enjoyable experience :)
I would highly recommend getting vaccines here. Thank you to the team at CVS Pharmacy!

Went to pick up my prescription and they were closed for lunch.
I'm hoping in the future they can alternate their lunch times which
would make it a lot easier for customers to pick up their prescription med. I had to leave without my prescription and
wasn't able to drive all the way back.

Customer service is horrible! If there is a line waiting to pick up prescriptions...why not add another worker for a few minutes????
