Frey's Better Foods is a great local store and a natural and organic marketplace. It is an incredible small grocer with a surprisingly large selection of health foods, including a variety of healthier eats and goods. The store carries lots of shelved, canned, jarred, and boxed goods, plus refrigerated fresh produce, dairy products, meats, local eggs, and in summer, vegetables grown by the owner. There are lots of vegetarian, vegan, and allergen friendly foods, well stocked vitamins and dietary supplements, and all the staples. The selection is affordable and diverse, with prices often better than at larger supermarkets, though some note they can be a little higher but by no means unreasonable. The staff is wonderful, helpful, incredibly friendly, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The store has a small-town, community vibe and offers parking in the rear. It is a gem that customers are glad to have found and will always support.
