I had went through this car wash tonight with the intent of a $4 cheap fast wash. I washed my own car in the bay, and there were two different instructions on how to stop your Google pay. I was pressingbuttons for what felt like 5 minutes. A $4 charge turned into a $10 charge which is ridiculous. I could not get the machine to stop my payment. Do not go here if it is this complicated. I will be happily calling them for a refund tomorrow. A $4.50 car wash, ended up charging me $10

I enjoy the self service at this car wash. I have never used the part you drive thru. One time the foam brush didn't work. I called the number for the business, money was refunded and he even gave me a bonus extra wash. This car was is very convenient on Main St in Hellertown. The vacuums are $2 and last a long time, I can do my whole car and trunk with time to spare.

Was trying to fina a way to contact went there today with my truck and bought the $12 wash. Nothing even touched my back window and when I pulled out and I parked both side of my truck bed and back doors were still covered in soap. I took pictures but could not find a Facebook or email to send them too. Definitely won't be taking my truck to the touchless wash there again

Just used the touchless wash today. It seemed a little off from usual. The spotless wash was way off. It looked like there was some type of soap or oil. As I was driving out with the blowers all out did was put steaks all over my car, and I could not see it out the windshield. I stopped once I got out and used my shammy to clean the windshield, and all it did was spread whatever it was all over and did not dry anything, but I was able to see. Now that it dried after driving home, my windshield is all covered in a white film, and the car is covered in white spots and steaks of soap. I have never had this happen and am not happy about it cause now I have to wash it all over again to get off whatever is on it. I tried calling the published number, but it rang a few times, then went to a busy signal.

Hellertown Auto Wash is your standard automated car wash with a few different levels of cleaning able to be selected. I use Amex as my main credit card, so was glad to see that accepted. Since it had been... well... a LONG time since my car had seen a car wash, I opted for the cream of the crop, the Xtreme Wash.It reminded me of any other automated wash I've been to - high pressure sprays on the wheels as you slowly roll in, and a sign to show you when to stop your vehicle. I chose to turn off my car and watch as it worked. After it cycles through your chosen wash cycle, it lets you know to pull forward again through the now-open rear door, and the high velocity drying function turns on. Doesn't quite dry the car but at least removes most large amounts of water present. Driving it for a bit afterward would dry it the rest of the way.Overall, pretty much what you'd expect at an automated car wash. Seemed to be in good working order and I lucked out here visiting at 5 PM on Super Bowl Sunday - no line at all. Car looked decently clean once I got home a few minutes away. I'll probably try to get back on a monthly basis to keep the car in good shape.
