I’m working outta state, and my fiance sent me a little extra cash via Western Union (yeah ik we’re old)…and to say the least it’s been a absolute nightmare at different locations of Western Union. Long story short, the customer service at GIANT were amazing, super friendly and helpful. And completely understanding. Great customer service, definitely recommended!”

“I was at CVS closet to 1360 Main st hellertown SO i decide to go there and at the stores i need a few more cents and i saw the manager and i ask him if it was not a problema for me to get a 1.99$ soda which i believed i had 1.65$ so he said it was fine and he provided me the soda now i'm glad today for me tomorrow might be for him thanks SO much”

“This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Erin, Chris, and the support staff are top-notch. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and well-organized. They even check to see if Good Rx will be cheaper than my health insurance. I used to go to St. Luke's for vaccinations but the pharmacy at Giant makes the process so much easier. It's just an excellent pharmacy all around.”

“I totally disagree with some of the negative posts here. I have no issues with pharmacy staff! I know them by name, and they know me by name. Sure, sometimes they can be cranky-but put yourself in their shoes. It's always busy! The techs have gotten on the phone with insurance companies for me to sort out issues (and with insurance these days that's more often than not) and they still wait on other customers. The pharmacists have tried to help me find cost reasonable alternatives to RX. They saved me 50.00 once noting I could get the generic for 10.00 on the shelf. When I go, it feels like a neighborhood pharmacy. Talk to these people, get to know them. I'm always satisfied with the service I get-even if I don't like what they tell me Insurance is telling them. They are doing their jobs, yes, but it is what keeps me going back; they seem to care, and that is rare to find these days.”
