When I was checking out, I started laughing at myself because I noticed that people were going to other lines because my cart was so packed and she looked at me confused until I explained and she laughed with me?? It may seem stupid to a few but honestly just having 1 laugh a day can make a difference. I hope to see her again & maybe my cart won't be so full next time ?.”
“I'm not a fan of this giant, its not my closest one and solely due to the fact of how crowded it gets so I avoid it. However if I'm in the area and it's weekday, during the day, it's a peaceful shopping experience. I find they have more things in stock than other giants.”

“Veenu as well as his staff were so accommodating and helpful. I had never been here before and was in a quick hurry to fill a prescription for my father. He was so sweet and kind and helpful as well as everybody else in there. Very accommodating. What a hometown Pharmacy should be like. “Went to a small party hosted by them for their employees and family members could go and see. Not much to say, just a big warehouse that distributes medicine and similar products. The people that work there are really nice though.”
“I like going to CVS Sterners Way, Bethlehem, PA, not only because it is located near my house, but becuase it has a plethora of attributes. This store is always clean, well-lit, has friendly, professional staff in the front of the store and in the pharmacy. Their excellent sales techniques are consistently stellar. Products are also very easy to find because of the numerous large-print product signs throughout the store. There were a few times that I needed help with over-the-counter pharmacy items. A pharmacy desk person, and sometimes even the pharmacist, always promptly helped me to my complete satisfaction. The shelves are always well stocked too. The self-checkout helps to expedite matters. In addition those registers always work without any glitches (unlike many other stores). I have no complaints whatsoever. This is a happy store thanks to the people who work there. Everyone appears to be working hard at this high volume store. But you can guarantee that they will give you customer service in a timely manner and with a smile. It just doesn't get better than this! Kudos to all of you.”

“My wife went to this pharmacy to request a Covid Booster, as a walk in. To her surprise, there was no wait, so after filling out the necessary paperwork, Rita Beller, the pharmacist, gave her the shot. Rita was kind and professional. Rite Aid had both Moderna and Pfizer boosters on hand. She could not believe how easy it was. She was very impressed by Rita and her staff. Everyone was friendly. The pharmacy area was spic and span (unlike some other pharmacies). I am thinking of transferring my prescriptions to Rite AId.”
