Had an appointment this morning. Arrived early to find 2 other people waiting for the place to open, (supposed to open at 7am). After 7:45, I left because no one showed up to open the office. This is terrible for business and terrible for people who work!! Don't make appointments here!

Got here and the first 3 appointments were waiting outside. Apparently the person who opens is always late! Going on 20 min
This place gets a big THUMBS DOWN for me!
First time I came, I was a walk in. I put my name on the list and they said they would contact me between 30 and 60 minutes. They never contacted me, and I never got in. Came back, made an appointment and now there’s no one here 20 minutes after the the posted opening time and the first three appointments are waiting outside.

Sat for an hour and a half as a walk in. All the appointments took 20+ minutes each and they were running 30 minutes behind on those that had made appontments. They closed before we could get seen.
We could hear the staff talking and laughing in the back the whole time.

Karen was very helpful as I had forgotten my labs so she called my doctor and had them faxed over to Quest in a minute. And she is painless in drawing my blood! Thankyou Karen!

This lab is negligent. They lost my specimens and waited two weeks to inform anyone of the mistake. I would not recommend this lab.

I had to Quest for bloodwork, and avoided the other local ones due to awful reviews, and I'm glad I went here. I was in and out in ten minutes with an appointment, and the technician gave me the quickest and easiest blood draw of my life. I have terrible veins and she found a good one in ten seconds, put the needle in, and moved on. Highly recommend getting your stuff done here.
