This place is horrible. Tell me why I go into the store and there is nothing on the shelves. I asked about it and they said something about a problem with their warehouse. This would be ok if it hasn’t been going on for a YEAR. Their workers are bad too. I stood at the cash register for 5 minutes looking to check out my items and after that I just gave up and left. There were no workers around the store either. When there are workers they are very judgmental, weird and nosy. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND !!!

I really cannot stress this enough, this pharmacy is severely understaffed and untrained. I come here all the time, and it's regularly 30m in the drive though. Rn, I'm waiting at the window even longer. Just being ignored and ignored, it's what always happens.

The ladies that helped me today were wonderful!! I shopped and asked where two products were. They showed me the products. For the second one the person working up front even asked another staff member! She was kind and helpful. Then she even wrote down who to call to find out how many points I have! Everyone who works here is kind and knowledgeable!

Don’t buy anything from these people if you can avoid it! They over charge for everything. Covid test kit others charge 15.00 or less they charge 24.00. Way to profit on the sick.

The pharmacy is absolutely useless. You have people working back there even the temporary pharmacist that doesn't even know what he's doing! Been going to this pharmacy now for 12 years and never had a problem until today that is. Went to go pick up my medication and they're closed even though it says online they should be open until 10:00 p.m. on saturdays, what is going on? Rite aid needs to get their act together! That explains the two-star ratings they have.

We trust Rite Aid with our prescriptions. The pharmacists are knowledgeable. The associates are also, Not only that, It is a friendly pharmacy, too, Thank you!

Why is it that none of the cashiers are EVER behind the cashier?? Literally have to hunt someone down everytime you want to check out. These employees are in zero hurry to offer any type of assistance to customers
