“I needed to move one-way across states, and I really wanted a cargo van as opposed to a box truck. UHaul of Bethlehem has a policy that they will not allow cargo vans on one-way moves, so my only option there was a Box Truck.
I called Penske of Allentown on Hoover Ave and spoke to Ryan. Not only was he able to assure me that Penske would try its best to secure a cargo van for me, but he was even able to offer me a price that was extremely competitive with UHaul's. Together, that easily convinced me to switch from UHaul to Penske, and I have absolutely no regrets! The van I received was in perfect condition and was extremely easy to drive. It made my entire move a breeze.

Key card entry for the building, along with the convenience of the load/unload garage equipped with moving beds made me feel safe because I could operate the open & close to my preferences.

“Over the years I have used many storage facilities in various areas. The East Penn Self Storage in Center Valley has been the best! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They really know how to treat customers like family. They were as nice on the way out as on the way in. The units themselves are clean, dry, and well maintained. The electronic security gate never gave me a problem. Opened the first time, every time.I will be relocating soon, and nowhere near this part of the state, but that is the only reason I left.”

“I rented a trailer from this location last week and they were extremely helpful. After getting the trailer hooked up it became apparent that there was an electrical issue since the lights would not work. Wayel in particular was very helpful in solving the problem. He was patient and took his time explaining to me and showing me what he was doing and what the issue was. I had two small children with me and they were accommodating and made the whole experience a easy as possible when it could have been quite a nightmare. I recommend this location for your U-Haul needs!”

“This location was a great help. I got a call from U-Haul on the Friday before I was scheduled to pick up the truck at the original location in Emmaus, PA. I was told there was no truck there and had to go to Whitehall location, 14 miles out of the way. Got there and was told the truck wasn't here and offered a 20' truck and proceeded to send me to a location down the street in center city Allentown. Then was told that truck was not available so had to go to Hellertown where they did have a 26' truck I needed. All of this caused 2 wasted hours of moving time and my help waiting around for me to arrive. I will probably consider another rental company if I need another truck.”
