My experience was great. Though I had to pay $1.50 to have them tape my boxes. I will definitely be going back. With few people that day. This young man, Dillon, in the picture, did a great job multitasking our service, which was quick and efficient. Thank you, Dillon. Hope i spelled your name right. 20 stars for your noble professionalism.

The workers were friendly, but my only complaint is the hours on website for that location stated to close at 1:30 pm on Saturday. The weather was NOT inclement.They locked the door at 1:00 pm . I felt bad for the many people who came to the door after it was locked . There were multiple …I know I come afar to go to that location and I would have been very upset if that customer would have been me .

Never again. Tried to charge to tape up the envelope on a UPS label. Sounds like a scam. Save yourself the hassle and go to FedEx office next time which DOES NOT CHARGE A TAPE FEE. UPS take note.

UPS lost my overnight package. I called the store thinking UPS would refund my money. The store owner talked over me, did not listen to my concerns and blamed me. I hope she finds kindness in her life and can extend kindness instead of poor customer service to future customers. Mistakes happen. How you deal with them sets you apart.

I always ship from this UPS Hellertown Location and ALWAYS experienced efficient and friendly service! Sometimes the line is longer and not enough staff but that is not their fault. They need to hire more people but the workers there are always great!!

They closed early on a Monday the 12th of June when I really needed to drop off a package. I called and someone answered claiming they don’t have a manager on duty so they had to close early. My husband is a general manager of a store in the area, and the store doesn’t close just because he a not present.

the fingerprinting service is poorly run. i scheduled an appointment for 12:30, showed up day of at 12:15, only one person working and she told me my appointment was cancelled but i never received a text, phone call, or email telling me. they cancelled my appointment and let the person leave minutes before i got there. absolutely ridiculous i had to drive all the way here just for a cancellation. i asked to reschedule and they also told me i would have to go back on the website and do it that way. i understand things happen, but without any notice was ridiculous. why let people schedule appointments if you’re just going to tell them to leave? do not waste your time at this location for fingerprinting.

Understaffed. 10 person line 1 person checkout. Bad service. Unable to handle a simple limited quantity hazmat package. All within UPS policy. Referred to regional storefront.

The website encourages to make an appointment for FBI fingerprinting to avoid lines. I took 2 hrs off from work and got to the store 10 minutes before my appointment. The place was packed. According to the signing sheet all the people ahead of me were walk ins, but even though I had an appointment I had to wait and everyone was seen in the order they arrived. What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment? I could have been there after work and just wait instead of leaving work early and have to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time.
