Multiple times this has happened. I drop a first class bubble mailer. Inside the post office drop box in the lobby. and the tracking never updates. It’s like they steal my mail or flat out refuse to mail it. I’m out over 100s of dollars now. Thanks

No respect for our mail. They regularly leave packages on the ground or in the rain to get soaked, instead of delivering them at the house on a porch . Packages are never in bags to protect them. Twice recently my packages have been damaged by water.

The new driver is lazy.
We've received several expensive packages that are supposed to be delivered to our door.
But instead, we find them in the dirt next to our mailbox.
Get out of your truck for 10 seconds dude.
You look like you could use the exercise anyway.

I receive multiple neighbors mail daily, different neighbors bring me my mail. Post office is a joke. Just shut it down and let professionals deliver everything.

Hellertown Post Office rocks. Courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Staff are professional, in a good mood, ready with a smile or two and a chuckle. They are willing to answer questions and assist in anyway. Our ex carrier would go the extra mile for a customer. Miss living in Hellertown.

They will deliver your mail when they feel like it. Been waiting on stuff for awhile or they will deliver mail and not have the other pieces.

The Hellertown post office is quaint and convenient for those looking to conduct business. It was not congested in the midst of when I visited. Employees decorate the office exterior real nicely for the season. The staff holds up the values and ethical standards of The USPS with no relative disputes.

This is positively the absolutely best post office ever. The clerk there took her time to help my 90 year old mother with her next chapter in her life. Moving is emotional and difficult no matter what age but the clerk took her time regardless of the people in line that were getting mad because of the list of questions my mother had she was very concerned. The clerk did apologize to everyone and told them that this was going to take a minute and she then apologized. The three people in line were very understanding and then told my mother to take her time. But due to the clerk meeting my families concerns I will always continue to go to Hellertown Post Office. The 2 clerks there Bob and Sandy have always been very truthful supportive and very knowledgeable of how the operations of the post office. Thank you again for all of your efforts.

The Hellertown post office is slow; the USPS worker spent 5 minutes gossiping with a customer while there were 3 customers waiting in line.

Nothing but issues since October,2020. I have packages held at the post office when I did not request a hold. I have mail (some of it certified) that never gets delivered. But the junk mail always makes it to my box. The postal system is seriously broken and we can thank DeJoy for the hot mess he created.

I am surprised by all the negative reviews... my experiences at this post office have been generally positive over the years. For a little while we had a mail carrier who was a little inconsistent but that has largely been resolved and may have just been a training issue. Counter service for mailing out packages has always been good for me here.
