“I like shopping at the White Oak Dollar Tree. However, the bathrooms need a through and deep clean and with bathrooms essentials like toilet paper and hand soaps. I never used the dollar tree bathrooms until now and discover the mess inside.”

“This DG is literally a 20 sec. drive from our home. The convenience of that would be enough, but the staff these days is so pleasant and helpful too. Everyone working there always has a smile and keeps the store clean and organized.”
“Dollar Tree is always great you just have to watch what to get some of the things are only worth a dollar other things are worth more but I'm very very sad that it is no longer the Dollar Tree it is $1.25 tree”
“I always have a very pleasant shopping experience here. Today especially there is a new hire that truly went above and beyond what I fell is in her job description. She was friendly and attentive when checking me out she even helped me carry an item to my car in the rain. It brightened my rainy day! All the employees there are awesome and they just added another one!”
“For my money, it's the best DT location around. Always well-stocked. I load up on frozen stuff to quick eat through the work weeks, and frozen is always well stocked with sandwiches, sides and some good on the spot stuff to toss on your stove like ravioli. Never been treated poorly by the employees, either.”

“Every time I come to this dollar general I'm in heaven lol because there's so much more stuff to look at and buy than the other dollar general's in the area it seems like it is the biggest and the staff members seem to know how to order things so that it seems like they don't ever run out of something and 9 time's out of 10 if something isn't on the shelf then sometimes they have extra items in the back I also like this store better because everyone that works there seems so friendly and is always willing to help out a customer without any attitude or sly remarks under there breath and they don't have a mean mug on there faces lol like the other dollar general's around here”

“This place has been 1 big mess since it opened yrs ago. Finally they have hired a Manager "Jeremy" that knows what he is doing and has a good attitude about "customer service". Give Jeremy a month to undo all the messes and drama that the previous so called manager left him and the IMPROVEMENTS will be obvious and well worth it. Say hello to Jeremy while your there or if you need help and he will go out if his way to make sure you leave the store with everything you need and a smile on your face. SEPT 29 2023”

“I still end up in my ol' hometown here and there, and if I'm the location, and need something in a bind, I stop at this store. Excellent selection on brand names, not that much more pricewise anymore than the current Dollar .25 Tree revamp where items are now up over 4 bucks since the world went over the edge. Queensryche would say, "Sign of the Times." But they got everything you need here, even some good headphone selection in case you're still working from home like me. Typical and atypical stuff present, and the staff is always nice to me.”
“Well stocked and we'll organized store. Set up seems slightly confusing but in general one of the best kept dollar general stores I have seen. Prices are typical for convenience stores. Usually a line of 3 people or more.”
“This dollar general is ran so much better then one closer to me! Today my cashier was Blake and he was so kind and you can really tell he works to connect customers. He was friendly with the guy before me and to me he even asked if the stuff in my basket was the discounted merch which it was and he made sure it took off the deals! He was happy and smiling which was so nice to see”

“I haven’t been the store manager there in over a year! So to the last post thanks for the good laugh, because I know the corporate office laughed when you called in and used my name! “I'm always able to find what I need at this store! When I have to cater or host a party or picnic, I go & buy the big serving spoons, tongs, etc. They're sturdier than disposable ones, and since they only cost $1 apiece, I don't worry about getting them back! This particular Dollar Tree isn't as big as others, so sometimes I do go to another location....it all depends on what I need that day. It's definitely worth checking them out for stuff that ends up in the trash like gift bags, wrapping paper, etc.”

“Wow, I’ve never really shopped at the DG before. This DG opened next to my tanning salon. I happened to go in. It’s insane how much they have, not to mention how little you pay. I’m not saying you can find everything. However, they have a very large variety of grocery items & “stuff”. I have noticed each one is slightly - to very different. This is a good one to hit up!”

“Was very nice. I bought a large bottle of brake fluid. On the shelf said $2.85 and a small bottle was $2.50 which i thought was odd. So i went to the register and it rangup $5.75. I told her it said $2.85. She had another worker check it out. She said someone put it in the wrong spot and it was put under the $2.85. So she had to give it to me for $2.85. I was going to take the small one.”

“This store is great for convenience. There are odd things they don't seem to carry and it looks a little disorganized and sloppy when you go in. Good deals on some items and overcharging for other items, since they are the only game in the area.”
