“The Eric who works to front desk it's kind of considerate and courteous you ask for anything like assistance and knowing you got a problem with your package or your mail he'll try to get to the bottom of the problem if it can't help you he knows where to send you for assistance all you got to do is ask. I have my PO box over there and if I have mail that's overflowing he'll put it in the back for me which is really nice of him. Thanks Eric for everything you do”
“I've been using this location for the last 3 years being that it's right down the road from me. Not 1 single time, has anyone ever been disrespectful. The one lady is so incredibly nice and always asks how my son is doing. We take a lot of sold packages to this post office, from our online resell company, and they have not made a mistake yet. They are having trouble finding committed employees, so there are people from other locations that come out to work this site but they keep maintaining our high expectations as friendly, kind people who get to know us by name very quickly. I'd say it is #1 in customer service compared to all businesses/stores in the West Newton area.Note: you get what you give, so walk in to any facility with a smile and good attitude first. Then judge their role. We all have our days, but we learn how to separate work and home life so we can be our best self in both.”
“This place OWNS! Kat is such a very very very nice person. I go visit sometimes to say hi. Everyone in Rillton is nice to her, and I like meeting them too. I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it. One thing I do know, this place is awesome since Katrina is here. She's super super super super super super... maybe one more super, yeah super nice. 50 stars out of 5.”
“I spent YEARS trying to figure how to efficiently and economically mail things through USPS, because they're cheaper and more reliable than competitors, BUT their system is so confusing.

“I am fed up with this postal service i have lived here for more than 2 years and my rent has been lost bills not received and purchases returned and not delivered my mother didn't recieve one of her bills for six months and now has cost her a lot of late fees etc to catch up what the HELL is the problem im calling to complain again”
“Absolutely love our friendly mailman and staff at this office! The best! I’ve had many remarkable positive experiences. When having live ducks shipped to me, they have always called as soon as the animals arrive to ensure a swift, happy pickup. Our mailman is super cool - he compliments my dog, engages in friendly conversation, and I’ve been voluntarily keeping him updated on what’s in my packages due to a mutual interest in WWI/WWII items. Super neat dude! Have been using my home mailbox to send outgoing letters, and have never had a problem!”

Can you imaging a business changing their hours to accommodate you absolutely not. They are there when I go thru a little after 6.”
