Went here to renew my license and get a membership. Everyone was very nice and helpful as well as friendly and welcoming. There was not too long of a wait. The process of renewing my license was simple, quick and easy. It's so nice to not have to drive all the way to Mercer just to renew my license. I am also glad I got my membership back, AAA has helped me so many times in the past. Definitely useful service to have.

Save you selfe the time the employees here have no idea on how to treat customers I've been a triple a member since 2000 never have I had a encounter make me want to drop my insurance.... you need to do better on your attitude ... I do not recommend I'd give a 0 if I could.... and reading the other reviews I think there is a growing issue in this office triple a needs to review at a high level ...

One of the ladies was so rude to another customer, it embarrassed me. The girl that waited on us was so slow. Something that should have taken 10 minutes took well over an hour. She kept answering the phone and having to switch computer screens to get information for them. This definitely was not a good experience.

They made the process more of a pain in rear end idk why exactly, super friendly but the local notary down the road solved my problem without hesitation. Much rather give my money to a local person than this corporation.

I've been there more the last couple months then I've been in years and I'll tell you what at least two out of the four ladies that were working when I went are completely clueless and had no idea how to notarize a paper that I needed all I'm saying is maybe you need the train better or then people are past their Prime and it's time for them to go because they don't understand just saying

I was greeted by the two women working the front desk, immediately was given grief by the large obtuse one and essentially was told that I'm the stupidest person who has ever existed despite the fact that I am a rich billionaire off of my chuck e cheese franchise location. It is likely that this woman has relationship trouble at home that is bleeding into the workplace, or perhaps it's due to the candy shortage.
