I bought a brand new 2021 Honda Ridgeline from Apostolakis Honda this past weekend and it was the easiest experience ever. I've been looking for a new vehicle for a couple of months now and settled on the 2021 Honda Ridgeline. I emailed over a dozen other dealerships around Northeast Ohio and North Carolina (where I am currently located) and the salesman/inventory manager, Scott Dahman, reached out right away. I had a set of questions/demands I asked of every dealership and Scott was nothing but patient and professional. He was not pushy and honest about what he could and could not do. He was very timely with his responses, but at the same time, he did not bombard me with unwarranted emails. After about a week of emailing back and forth with Scott and other dealerships, I knew I wanted to work with Scott. We negotiated everything telephonically and via email. When I went in to sign the paperwork, the process was smooth and painless. I was worried that the dealership was going to add on extra "hidden" fees, but everything everything went as planned and there were no surprises. Scott had everything prepared for me and I was out of there in about an hour. Go check out Scott for any of your vehicle needs. He'll take care of you and make sure to get you the best deal!

I don't know who loves taking their car to get serviced but, for me, I just don't like it. After a couple bad experiences over the course of my life, I just really dread taking my car anywhere and stick to the few places that I trust to handle various maintenance. It came time for an oil change and I was far away from the regular place I visit so my dad recommended Apostolakis. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by one of the friendly ladies at the drive thru and I immediately felt comfortable like my baby would be in good hands. They do a synthetic oil change here for $29.95 and have the audacity to throw in a car wash too! You want to make sure you call to make an appointment first because they're busy and now I truly understand why. They have my oil change business for life and while I'm not in the market for a car just yet, I certainly will keep them in mind when I am!

Always been my place to lease my cars there . Everyone is helpful especially my sales person Mike Adams , always professional and the process is smooth . He is just truly wonderful will be always going back to Apostolakis and Mike Adams when in need of a new suv or car . And I love my new CRV 2021 !

Very professional and no haggle. Best prices in NE Ohio. Great financing at .9%. Also can pay unlimited on a credit card which most dealers will not allow. I had my best price from several dealers in NE ohio, Pa and FL and beat them all for a CRV- EX 1.5 AWD. Ask for Travis Montgomery the salesman that assisted me and took the time to show al of the features.
