Went in for a phone upgrade. I didnt know online upgrades were online only. The guy I talked to with the backwards white hat was the rudest piece of work I've ever spent 20 seconds talking to. I literally had to turn around mid convos and walkout that's how upset and rude he was because I thought I could get an upgrade through the store. People got issues and I ain't trying to deal with them when I'm just trying to upgrade my phone. Guy should be reviewed, hes probably costing the store customers.

I recently had some cellular issues and was ready to jump ship to another company. In today’s world I don’t have a lot of confidence in retail employees. Nadine has restored my confidence in retail employees. She took care of all of the problems I had. She was fast, friendly and knowledgeable of the service and my device. Thank you Nadine

The staff at the Hermitage AT&T store are incredible and helpful. Trading in my phone and upgrading my plan was a seamless and painless process, when normally that is not the case. Joe, Dylan, Cody, and Bill (forgive me if I missed any names) are wonderful and very personable. These guys have so much knowledge and clearly a love for their jobs. Coming from someone who is helpless in the technology department, I appreciate this store very much!

Bill (the manager) is very combative. He will try to be sly and put a product on your purchase without your consent, or change what you asked for. What took 30 minutes in the store just to walk out only took 5 minutes on the MyAT&T app. Just go to New Castle, far better customer service, and the staff will actually aid you in any insurance related issues, instead of just handing a you pamphlet and not giving any instructions on how to make a claim. Nadine is great, but under a manager like that, I don't think the place is worth going to. He had nothing to do with the sale. He had no reason to get involved, but he did and lost it. However, if you want true customer service from AT&T, go to the mall in Robinson. 10/10 every time I've been there. Not as big, but they can get you anything you need, actually explain what to do for insurance issues, and don't have an overbearing manager who can't even let his own employees do their job. Bills' trust issues are not good, and he should seek therapy.
Bill, don't reply to this. You are a horrible human being, I have no desire to resolve anything with you. Until a new manager is appointed, this store will be blacklisted from myself and all of my employees.

Bill the manager is so helpful and was able to accommodate changes we needed on our plan and was friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. Dylan was also very kind and helpful and gave us a pleasant in store experience
