In hermitage, I think it is definitely a 5 star car wash. It does a great job for a touch less car wash.

Top notch touch free car wash. Excellent water pressure. As good as you can get without touching the vehicle. After the Modwash in Hermitage scratched the entire length of both sides of my vehicle and refused to help with repair, it's touch free for good!

I went at 7:17am on 3/22/22 it never gave me back my change for the money I put in for the Ultimate Car Wash. Then it was finished less then 2 minutes including drying my car. There’s no way I received the Ultimate Car wash. I tried calling all day and no one would answer. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Have 2 gift certificates totaling $24. Neither of them work in the machine so I am unable to redeem them for service. I attempted to contact the owner via the only contact info/phone number provided on their website multiple times and the phone rang over and over with no answer. Such a disappointment and poor customer service. These gift certificates were a gift from my father for Christmas and I feel terrible that he wasted his money.

Paid $10 for the deluxe wash and that doesn't get your car dried even when it's 11° out ridiculous never go there again
