Kamal(kammy) was very helpful. He helped me set up my phone and transfer all my data from old phone to my new phone . Definitely recommend this to everyone living around Hermitage area. The store is aesthetically pleasing.

Cricket Wireless: Where Communication Meets FrustrationPicture this: you're desperately trying to make a phone call in the Mercer County area of PA, but all you hear is that dreaded sound of silence. You look at your phone, silently cursing Cricket Wireless for their poor coverage. Unfortunately, this scenario is all too familiar for me, which is why I can only give Cricket Wireless a two-star review. And no, it's not because they have a cricket as their mascot. In fact, I find that rather charming. It's the inflated prices and lackluster coverage that have me dialing disappointment.Let's address the elephant in the room: the prices. They are like a never-ending game of hide-and-seek, except you're always seeking, and they're always hiding. You'd think their plans are classified documents, hidden away in a top-secret bunker. And when you finally find the prices, you're left feeling like you just paid a month's mortgage to make a simple phone call. I mean, who needs food, right? Keeping in touch with loved ones is way more important.But that's not the only issue. Their coverage in Mercer County is about as reliable as a politician's promise. One minute you're chatting away, laughing with friends, and the next minute you're left shouting into the void while searching for a signal like a desperate castaway on a deserted island. Trust me, I've done my fair share of singing "Can You Hear Me Now?" with no response. It's as if Cricket Wireless thinks that communication is meant to be a mysterious labyrinth, just to spice things up.In conclusion, Cricket Wireless may have a cute mascot, but it falls short when it comes to delivering reliable coverage and affordable prices. So, if you enjoy feeling like you're exploring uncharted territories without any means of communication, this is the provider for you. But for the rest of us who value clear connections and reasonable prices, it may be time to hop on a different wireless cricket wagon.
