I always enjoy this place because they have what I need. And they're not far from where I live. Plus the customer service here is actually real good, and the people are nice.

Of all 4 dollar generals in the area, this one is usually the most open. Be prepared for the place to be randomly closed when you stop by. Love the staff and the convenience when it's not closed.Saw some idiot give 1 star because they didn't kick someone out during the lockdowns for not wearing a mask, so I'm gonna add an extra star.

I've been going to this store for 14 years and never have had any problems until this new manager Tara! Beyond rude and comes up with her own rules! She kicked me out for telling her politely "if your going to be a manager, learn how to be one". Because he refused to take my $5 off coupon because it wouldn't scan. Hermitage had no problem correcting it. For years I've gotta ballons filled for partys there, you buy the balloon there they fill for free. Always been that way! She tells me they cant fill regular ballons. Hermitage has no problem!

I go a lot for small things, it's clean and easy in and out. The staff is nice and shelves are usually stocked well.

Walked into store for very first time cluttered isles and really small not very big at all took forever to get checked out..luckily I wasn't the fire Marshall it would of been closed on spot
