This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I keep getting text that my delivery is minutes away and then I’m told it’s delayed.. this is the 6 day in a row it has been delayed. I call fedex and it’s a different story every time. It’s clear they either destroyed my package and don’t want to deal with it or the drivers are too incompetent to deliver it. This was a time sensitive package and I will be taking every action I can to make this terminal liable

Brand new facility that nobody works at. Trying to make a delivery there as a non FedEx employee is nearly impossible. 4 phone numbers listed at gate and nobody answers them.

The driver is leaving packages outside and the delivery instructions says to leave inside the porch. Called FedEx and let them know, they did nothing . The next delivery was left outside. They don't care I just won't order from companies who uses them

If you are having delivery issues, reach out on Facebook and have someone file a service issue directly with the facility to get it resolved. I was having issues with packages being put at the wrong entrance, and that seems resolved now. Yesterday in the snow, a driver carried a heavy Chewy box all the way up from the road to my front door. I appreciate that!

Fails to pick up Express Shipment and lies about who canceled it. Customer service for this company is poor and their automated system doesn't work.I'll never personally use FedEx ever again, and trying to get my father's medical company to stop using them as well. Lying and laziness are my two top pet peeves.Also, leaving boxes marked medical supplies in the rain when there is a covered location is peak laziness.

Package was placed in a pile of snow. Box was soaking wet. The package is a wood book shelf.

Brand new shipping and receiving facility with a small shipping store located right in front. Easy in, easy out. Employee was very nice and helpful.
