I stopped in at the New Castle office to rent a storage unit and the two gentlemen behind the counter were incredible. They got me in and out, and took care of business. I was in their office for maybe 10 minutes total, but didn’t feel rushed. They knew their system, were good at their job, and they were great to work with. Hopefully we got everything taken care of in that first meeting, but it’s nice to know that they are there manning the desk, and answering the phone if I do need farther assistance in the future.

The response was quick and I was able to get a unit that day. I decided to down size and it was quick with no complications. This took a lot off my mind and was able to move forward with my move quickly. Thank you.

I had the experience of needing to rent a Five Star unit, as SRA was buying it out. I was at last able to speak to someone knowledgeable, co-operative, and helpful, on the phone. I was able to rent a unit in the midst of it all.The customer service level was miles above by comparison. The rates are going up, but you get what you pay for, and in this case, it’s okay with me.

My experience with this storage facility has been amazing especially as we are currently overseas & had to arrange all of this from Australia . Our PA liaison was able to access on our behalf . 5 Star Store It - Hermitage made it so simplified absolute god sent .
