For some reason it takes my mortgage checks 3-4 weeks to get processed. I’ve had some really wonderful customer service reps who have helped me a lot, and I’ve had some terrible ones who actually make my life harder. A pain to deal with as my loan servicer.

I call Walmart, for the pick up groceries they transfer the call and someone pick up the phone and hung it up.?
