Watch sale prices. I add items to my cart before I go
I've noticed they won't put up sale signs if they have a similar item that's more expensive. Example below, the jumbo shrimp were on sale for 11.98. They didn't put the sale tag up.
Also take pics of sale tags that seem too good to be true. They'll ring up full price.
One more thing, good luck if you get WIC and need formula. I battled them for months because they never ordered enough on their deliveries for the WIC rush. More than once I'd go in a couple days after the first and they wouldn't have a single can in the store. The store manager essentially blew me off.

We use to grocery shop at GE all the time in Slippery Rock when we lived down that way and probably would of continued if they wouldn't have closed the one in Greenville. Now for the most part we online shop at Walmart unless we need meats or produce. If we need those types of items we will either go in the store or County Market in Grove City or just hit a butcher shop like Henry's in Harrisville or the Main st. meat market in Polk they both have great cuts and decent prices. In fact we like to buy 40 lb. boxes of chicken wings at the Main St. store.

There is always some type of GLITCH at the register with Holiday Meat specials
Such as Christmas Hams & Thanksgiving Turkeys - If you don't watch the register as items are scanned it is charging 2x the cost Not the sale/special price. This happens regularly at Hermitage, Pa Giant Eagle !!
