Terrible service. I tell them how to do it and they cut it short. I asked for just below the top of the ear and they give me a shorter version of a korean dictator haircut. They did the same haircut 4 times when I asked for something different.

Fiona she is horrible.
At the first time few months ago the old staffs were wonderful and professional.
But the last week I had Horrible experience, The staff name FIONA was horrible, bad mood, don't care what the clients request.
I hate back home and repair the horrible work. Sincerely if don't want offer good quality, stay home.
I really don't recommend that place.
Now, I'm waiting my hair grow and I'll look for a good Professional.

While visiting from Florida I stopped in at 8am, opening time for a trim. Was greeted immediately by 3 employees. Tori cut My hair and did a great job, she was a very interesting young lady and if I lived here I would be back to have her cut my hair again.
