I purchased a Toro Timecutter that was on clearence on July 3 and asked for it to be delivered, the next day i got a call from one of the managers that the mower was not working properly when they were going to load it and they would be sending ti to get fixed and returning my money back to the cards we used and we did not have to do anything. Today July 13 i still havent gotten the money back so i called to see whats going on and i wad told that i we needed to go take the cards we used so they can return the money and it will take another 3 to 5 days to get that back. So in an other words no mower and no money for another week. Worst service ever.

This store shouldn’t offer curbside. For the 3rd time in a short time period nobody has brought our order out half an hour after checking in on the app. When I called the store the phone rang off the hook. I called back and asked to speak to a manager who didn’t apologize. When this happened to my husband a few weeks ago (for the second time) an associate told him he could just go inside and pick it up himself. If we could, we wouldn’t have opted for curbside pickup.

Sooo disappointed in this place. We bought a $2200 front door and the hardware was missing and they put the holes in the wrong place for the hinges and they didn't even drill holes for one set of hinges. I do realize Home Depot didn't make the door but when we went to.tell them.the manager acted like we was lying and didn't even apologize for our inconvenience! Very poor customer service .

Went there to purchase a large amount of 2x4x8. Aly asked us as soon as we walked in if we needed help we told her what we were getting she assured someone met us to load on to a cart. The man helped gladly his name is Carl. We went back to the front and checked out where Aly once again helped. Aly and Carl are two employees that hold aspects that every company should look for when hiring!

Watch what they deliver to you! Quality control on pickers sucks. Ordered 12 ft 2x6s a d when I cut the straps to start the deck they had one hidden on bottom with a Crack all the way across it. When I picked it up it fell into 2 pieces. Their quality pickers suck!

I love Home Depot. These guys really know how to help. No matter how many times you use the phrase "oh man I cant think of the word. You know the thingy thing", someone, somehow knows what thingy thing your speaking of. Theyre great!!

I try not to shop here.It's very hard to find anyone to help you.I had to get a Ryobi chainsaw blade.I asked an employee for help, he said, you're looking in the book. I said, the print is very small, I'm having trouble reading it.He walked past me. I guessed at what the numbers were and got home and it didn't fit. I had to return them but the manager was very nice and got me the correct ones.My mom used a gift card online a few days ago for a pick up order. No one showed up at the service desk after 15 mins of c.s.r's repeated walkie-talkie calls, for a pick up order . So, I got the order paper and found it myself. I take it to my car, looking around for help. 1 employee looked at me and turned around and went to collect the 4 buggies in the parking lot. Had to put T-111 siding on the roof of my car myself.While I'm trying to lift, push, slide,etc the 8x4 sheets up on the roof of car, 2 employees come outside with a box, to load in a customers truck. Stood there talking to each other for about 10 mins before truck pulled up. Out pops this in-shape, younger guy, and watched them put box in bed of his truck. I turned and politely said ... Wow. Wish you 2 were here 10 mins ago to help me lift this over my head and onto the roof of my car.OH, WAIT A MIN, HOLD UP... YOU WERE HERE and stood talking to each other, instead of helping.
