drove over to open a new account because it wouldn’t let me online and said i needed to visit a branch but then i get there and they tell me i need to have an appointment. looks like they did everything in their power to drive away a new customer.

Slow and inattentive staff had to wait in line 20 mins while two tellers help one person only to be given an appointment from 3-4 they didn't honor. Don't be late they mean 3 sharp otherwise your out of luck.

I could write several pages about my experience with this bank. Suffice it to say, I would never bank with them again and I would certainly never want to repeat the horrible mortgage experience I had. As an individual and as an attorney who does real estate closings, I would advise you to go elsewhere.
