I just watched the new commercial for this place and they claim to use the most effective repair techniques but they show one of their mechanics tightening lugnuts in a circle... You're going to end up driving away and having to come right back to spend more money because the tire wobbled off and caused more damage. Everyone knows to tighten in a star pattern! It's small details like that which help me determine which business to use or not use and Montrose will never be getting my business.

AVOID THIS OPERATION AT ALL COST. They lost their Cadillac franchise obviously due to some highly suspicious sales exchanges. I would never recommend any friend to have any involvement in purchasing a vehicle with this operation.

Super shady folks. I wouldn't even send someone I dislike to these guys. They also constantly send you unmarked junk mail to trick you in to opening it. Just all around bad people.
