I waited SEVEN hours for four new tires and a wheel alignment on wednesday which is UNHEARD OF, i have never had this experience in my ten years of having cars.i don’t see any reason why it should have taken that long and especially without updating me; i had to call to see what was going on. service center front desk is very kind and friendly—but i had to wait an additional 20+ minutes after the shuttle brought me back and i overheard it was because someone left with and had to return my keys.I was originally told over the phone that it could take over 2 hours. the fact that my car was there for over 8 hours (an ENTIRE work day) made it quite apparent that my time was not a priority even after spending almost $700. I get that things happen, but then you take accountability and update the people involved—not make excuses, or beat around the bush and act like i’m not experiencing blatant inconsideration.

I bring my car ONLY to Montrose! I bought it there and service it there. Rhonda and Madison were fantastic!! Keep them and give them a raise! They are always on top of EVERYTHING.The car was in and out very quickly. Thank you again for wonderful service!!

I purchased a Nissan Rogue from Montrose Nissan in December 2020 and have only had the vehicle serviced there. So far, I am very pleased with the Rogue, Montrose' staff and service department. Rhonda Marie is my contact person in the service department. She has always been extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. Rhonda is also very knowledgeable in her profession and I have come to trust her advice and recommendations. She is very good when dealing with customers in explaining the pros and cons of the details of proposed service repairs.I would highly recommend Montrose Nissan of Hermitage for their sales and service.
