“Associates were very nice and knowledgeable. They have items that the pet stores in the Niles area do not have. The only drawback is that the closest store is in Hermitage which is 20 miles away. Hopefully they would consider putting one on Elm Road. There are a lot of people who would shop Petco due to the convenience of not having to travel to Niles.”

“I adopted 2 brother kitties from the shelter on Christmas Eve. They were crazy scared for the first few hours I brought them home, but they came around quickly and were fully integrated in a couple days. It's now been a month and they think they own the place. Lol. Very sweet, loving, affectionate, playful. I've taken them to the vet, they had already had all the shots and tests they needed at the shelter but had a full exam and are very healthy.
I know the building is very bad, I honestly thought the place was abandoned when I first drove by. I believe they're building a new facility not too far away, I'm hoping it's going to be amazing for the staff and the animals.
I found the staff to be so caring and working hard under difficult circumstances. Considering the turnover of animals they take in, they know them all by name and know their habits, like if they're very social or shy, if they get along with children, etc. They do really good work.”

“Fantastic store!! Has a huge variety of offerings from pet products, yard landscape products, etc, etc - it’s not just“a hardware store”, it’s a destination. Can even get county dog licenses here.”
