While one customer found the Greenville branch busy, they preferred the Hermitage location, where the tellers were perceived as more friendly and helpful. Another customer appreciated that PNC does not charge fees for individuals to access their disability payments, describing it as a "cool" feature.
I have had wonderful service with several of the tellers as well as with Brenda Smith who has been helping me with my mother’s estate. They all have been very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

They are very slow at this location. Staff was also very rude. I usually go to the Greenville location but after the last 2 experiences here will consider switching banks.
