Two people working there, Kara and a Zoe I believe are gossipers who make up lies about other local businesses and people. So unprofessional. A cease and desist letter was already sent.
Stop harassing people!! Now I call coporate, and we go to court.

Imagine working at a hair store and not knowing about products you have or anything about textured hair, then talking about the customer when they leave. Like if your broke and bored and just needed something to do just say that. What a joke??

I generally find shopping at Sally's a fairly pleasant experience. I usually know exactly what I want. Yesterday I had to make a run for my daughter for something I knew too little about. I had such a hard time explaining it to the associate, but she hung in there trying to help me figure it out, and without making me feel silly or stupid. Her recommendation ended up being even better than what I was sent to look for, so my daughter was pretty happy with it.

Don't remember the girl name but her hair was FIRE it was like a bright pink-purple color and she was super friendly and helpful.
