They don't keep their word by producing a 2nd key fob as was verballypromised..hang up on customers and ignore them. OutSTANDING customer service.Not. SMH

Purchase a van March 4th from this place. Been a nightmare since. They've had the vehicle 4X. The last time they had it two weeks. I'm not even going to get into the crap they put me through and the lies. I seriously don't recommend this place. Plenty of other dealerships around that don't brush you off to the side with an unsafe vehicle. Read some of the messages. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Don't get me confused with Andy in the paper work. That was a mechanic of theirs. They had vehicle for two weeks and came back with same issues that I pointed out at time of sale. Crooks. I wanted to post this Incase the electrical issue causes an accident especially when headlights go out and that they are completely aware of this situation!!

SALES DEPARTMENT AVOIDS POLITE PHONE CALL INQUIRIES - HANGS UP ON A POLITE & HAPPY CUSTOMER It sounds counterproductive but they're turning a very Happy Customer into a Very Unhappy Customer I had purchased my 2021 Ram ProMaster a month ago. I'm very happy with it. I've no problem with my van. Again I am HAPPY with the van. My problem is with the Sales Department NOT Being True to their Word and keeping a promise for a $70 keyfob. The salesperson, Matt Carbone, promised to send us the missing second key fob. I first started calling about it a week and a half ago. Left a voicemail message with Matt. No return phone call. I tried a few more times with him. Then I tried to call the sales manager. He hung up on me, and then refused to take any calls from me. I left one voicemail message with him. I've ALWAYS been very polite and VERY understanding. I'm puzzled by this response or lack of. I'd just like a bit of communication. Tell me that you can't obtain the key fob or tell me that our salesman spoke out of turn by promising to send that to me. Tell me it's on the way is a much preferable answer. HOLD TO YOUR PROMISE. KEEP YOUR REPUTATION AS A REPUTABLE DEALER. Call me with your Word to fulfill your Promise.I sent a complaint to the BBB.
