I went to get an alignment and at first yes they fixed the issue but being that I got in my car and as soon as I left, my steering wheel was crooked I called them to fix my issue and they told me to come back the next day, I came back the next day And they tell me that everything‘s fixed the guy took my car for a ride, but whenever I got in it, my steering wheel was to the right a half inch which is very noticeable the car wants to pull to the right. At first they fixed it but the steering wheel was off the second time I go in they fix the steering wheel but it’s still off a little bit. And it went back to doing what it did to me in the first place. The car is having issues where it wants to pull to the right but also sway everywhere.” Why I took it to them in the first place “ Something feels loose.
You can tell something is off by just feeling the steering wheel.
I can really feel it happen when I shift my car into a different gear while driving.
My tires were fine I just got a pre inspection before I came in and I’m a mechanic everything was fine when me and my buddy who is certified to inspect cars looked at it and said it was fine just a alignment issue. I would have did the alignment myself but unfortunately I don’t have 10/20k if not more to fork out for a machine. hence why I denied your tires. It’s most definitely not my tires. They still have the nipples on the tires and have even wearness. Tell me why I come there the first time and they fix the issue of it pulling but the steering wheel was off. I went back a second time and the wheels off and they messed with the alignment which made the car want to pull to the right. I’m just gonna figure it out myself and leave this review right here.

While on a road-trip we had fluke electrical trouble. Shenango Honda was able to slip us in to their busy service schedule and check out our car. The service was excellent. The way they put people off amazes me. Was told not to go there but, we didn’t listen. Boy do I wish we had. Have never been to a place that takes a week after filing the paperwork to get delivery of a car. So, lesson learned!
