I had my car checked out there after I slid on ice into a ditch :( I was sure my tires had problems, and I thought I was going to have to need at least one or two completely replaced, but the Service Advisor, Robin, said the technicians double-checked everything and that I didn't need that as far as they could tell. Robin was so kind and patient with me, even though I was worried, and reassured me that I could bring it back if something does come up. I've been there once before, months ago, for regular maintenance, and because there was a mix-up with the schedule, service, and pricing at that time, I remember she did her best to help me and resolve the issue back then, too. I'm very grateful for Robin, the repair crew, and the wonderful customer service. Thank you! :)

I can’t even begin to explain exactly how disgusted I am with Shenango Honda’s service department.They replaced my battery and starter in August 2022. The battery came with a 100 month guaranteed warranty.This morning I woke up to a completely dead battery that wouldn’t charge at all. I had to catch a ride to work. When I called and spoke to Gina in their service department, she seemed to find my situation amusing and was the complete opposite of helpful. I asked if I could bring my battery in to be tested but she said no. The only way they would check my battery was if it was still in the car. I then tried to explain (again) that ‘my car no go’ and I’m not paying for a tow just for a dead battery. She was nothing but condescending and I even heard her ‘running her mouth’ as I hung up the phone, after I thanked her for nothing.We took my battery from Shenango Honda to Oreillys. Sure enough, it was dead. They said it probably had a bad cell. I had to shell out almost $240 to replace a battery that was covered under warranty. Car works great now with the new battery.Be very cautious about doing business with this place. Very shady!

Kaylah made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. In fact, everyone at the dealership was friendly and straightforward about the whole car buying process. This includes the extra steps involved with being an Ohio resident.

I purchased my new Honda Accord from Preston because I live in New Castle. The buying experience was fine, but I had a terrible experience at the service department there. I went to Shenango Honda for service where I had the most perfect experience possible. Everyone there was professional and courteous and answered all my questions and solved all my concerns. I recommend them highly, and will drive right past Preston to get my car to Shenango Honda for service. And I will purchase my next car from Shenango Honda. Thank you Gina and Micheal.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Took my car into the dealer twice and they still can't solve the problem of repeating electrical errors and loss if power to my car.. Mike in the service department is cocky and arrogant. Shenango Honda presently has the worst service department ever. Find somewhere else to go. This dealership is run by the blind leading the blind.

Shenango Honda, where do I begin? My car has been known to have a “do not wash” stamp on my paperwork for EVERY time that I bring it in for maintenance. I took my car in for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and they washed it. When they washed it, they managed to scratch the roof and leave a whole bunch of micro-scratches on the roof and hood. Along with the scratches, they left what appeared to be a sand residue (as pictured). I called and the sale manager was very unprofessional (Mike). From there I took it back the following Saturday after making the arrangements with said sale manager. Walk in to find out he was off that day. Gina however, took the time to hear my concerns and assist me with the issue even though it was not her duty to do so because I made arrangements with Mike. I take my car in to see Mike Klamar (manager of sales team above Mike number one). We discuss having the car detailed (buffed and waxed). So now today my husband goes to pick it up and check out their work. NOT ONLY did they not handle the scratches, they left a dent in my car. A DENT?!? So Shenango Honda, please explain to myself and the public how a wash leads to multiple scratches AND how a detail leads to a dent? Piss poor customer service. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Very very very disappointed with this location. I cannot believe I bought not one but two vehicles from this place.

I could not speak more highly of Missy and the Shenango Honda team! I had the unique situation of driving all the way here from Michigan (about 4hrs) to pick up my minivan. Missy was super helpful and communicative through the whole process, and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was very helpful and genuine. The vehicle was an excellent value and I'm thrilled with the purchase. Thanks again Shenango team!

You want SERVICE?!This is where you get it. Explanation? Perfect. Diagnostic? Perfect. Time, pricing, labor, parts, techs, mechanics? All of it is absolutely top tier perfection. This is the place for everything you need. Shout out to Robin and whoever it may be, I don’t know because your name isn’t on my slip, who worked on my car. But you guys are awesome and should be told that. Thanks for everything.

Would NOT recommend this dealership in Hermitage, Pa. The salesperson I had immediately dismissed me as soon as I sat down to discuss the car I was interested in. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. They immediately made me feel devalued and not like a "serious" customer. They tried to get me to agree to monthly payment rates before they would even discuss the total cost of the car. I said a couple times, "this depends on if we come to an agreement on how much the car will cost". They continued to give me monthly payment options.The lady tired to sell me the car at a higher price than was online. I recommend checking the website BEFORE you discuss price. The car I was looking at dropped $500 every week. She was trying to make a deal at the higher price. The worst part of the situation was when I would reach out to her through their texting platform. She signed me up as soon as I mentioned I was interested in the car (didn't ask if I wanted to subscribe). I was hesitant to engage in this but it proved convenient to see if the car was still available. She was immature and childlike in her communication with me (once we made an offer that was lower than the price of the car). There was no negotiation process. She just said, "that can't happen".My parents previous bought a car from this specific dealership but they will NOT be going back to this location. I would NOT recommend to friends, family, or new car buyers especially. Don't put yourself through this process, it will leave a bad taste for car shopping from dealerships. It left me not trusting any salesman from any dealership to have your goals and your best interests in mind.
