This location is a joke they charge an outrageous amount for service which the service is crap and coming into the store is a joke customer service is a joke and the wait time is ridiculous !!! DO BETTER

Spectrum is the absolute worst wifi I have ever had. It's slow, it's choppy, it shuts off randomly, you can only get semi decent connection if you are in the same room as the equipment, and the equipment is shoddy and cheap. I do not ever recommend if you have other options.
(This is NOT towards this store just the whole Spectrum company in general)

My husband and I transitioned to spectrum mobile. We received our phones and went in to have the hermitage spectrum store help us with the set up and transferring from our prior phones. It was a busy day but the staff seemed like they were trying to give the best service and get through the line. We had our baby girl with us. We were called and Amber helped us. Prior to us, she had a very nasty customer. She was professional and explained to the customer several times about the account. The customer became irate, and she still handled it with grace. When we went up, you could tell she was hurt by how the customer treated her, and she still handled it with a smile. She was wonderful and helped us understand the phones, set up, options for mobile, etc. She was also so friendly and was great with our little one. My husband's phone didn't take long but due to my phone being older it took longer to set up and transfer. She was so helpful and said we could go grab a bite to eat if we didn't want to sit there very long. When we got back she was done with work and had to leave. But she was so sweet and left us a note. We will definitely ask for her again.

I came in to the hermitage spectrum today and Amber was so nasty and arrogant. She over looked me several times and then a worker named Lisa offered to stay and not go to lunch and help my friend and I. Kudos to Lisa because Amber is horrible

As soon as they see people walk in the three available people will run to the back and make you wait to talk to the two people that are already in line with four other people. Terrible customer service. You can't call their store in Hermitage. You can only call corporate. None of them care what you're calling about. They're only going to try to sell you something and you can never go in and ask a question about anything without logging in and waiting 75 minutes just to talk to someone even if you're the first person there
