HERMITAGE PA - Alyssa needs to find a desk job away from customers - she is not for spectrum or their customers!We seriously got the WORST service I’ve ever had with any company let alone one not only my house has had for 4+ years but also two family members! Our three house holds total over $375 a month! Went to pay a bill after a soccer game got there at 9:45 waiting for the doors to open at 10am so we didn’t have to wait with a 2yr old and a 5month old inside the store for a long time since there is ALWAYS a Extremely long wait at this location. By 10:05 the entire lobby was full. As I kept getting skipped over the employee ALYSSA told me if I didn’t want to wait that I could take my business else were in a very rude and downgrading way. When I asked for her last name I was told I was entitled to it. I continued to wait. 20mins go by and the guy working the other register told me I could come up and told me I was “lucky” he was taking me next. 1 - I was the second person in the store and should of already been taken care of 2 - when my sister asked why he was being rude to the customer she was told to back up with my child because she wasn’t the customer. I have never felt so unwelcome when trying to pay a company their money. This location needs serious help - new employees - MORE employees- more than one open register and a little more respect for there loyal customers. I’m still pissed about this and am strongly considering switching companies. And may I add FOUR customers left in this time because of the wait. People do not have a hour to wait in a store to pay a bill let alone be downgraded and disrespected! Do better! Fix this location as it serves a VERY LARGE area!

We’ve had no wifi since the middle of the night. It’s interfering in work and school. You can’t chat with support because you’re “in an outage”. They charge insane amounts of money for you to have service and then take their sweet time getting it back on and you in no way get any kind of compensation for the absolute inconvenience. Spectrum is absolutely the worst service there is. We are currently switching providers and if you haven’t already signed up with them, DON’T. It’s an absolute waste of money because these problems are not rare! They’re constant!!!!

Drove a hour to get there there hours online till 8pm got there at 5:55and was told they close at 6 and they refused to help me with a upgrade of my device he was extremely rude about it this is the 2nd time I left this location without any help

Amber and her coworkers were very helpful and friendly even when they were closing. Very pleasant and satisfied visit, going above and beyond what was needed.

Needed to remove service from a deceased parents home and transfer to my name. They called back 2 days later and got it done in minutes.

Something new, you have to sign in when you walk in the store. They call you when it's your turn. Likeit.
